This website is operated for Concept Management Group Ltd. Its general enquiry builder prepares an email on your device. The separate contractor portal saves PQQ drafts, declarations, supporting evidence and review records to restricted server storage. The general enquiry builder opens your email application; it does not send your enquiry until you send that email.

When you contact Concept

If you choose to send your prepared email, your email provider sends the information you include to Concept at info@conceptgl.co.uk. Include only the details needed to discuss your enquiry. Your email provider’s privacy terms apply to its service.

Cookies and hosting

Service choices, selected work areas, support preferences and property type are kept in session storage on your device so you can carry your selections into an enquiry. General enquiry contact details are not saved by the enquiry builder. Contractor PQQ information is saved only when you use the portal’s save, upload or submission controls. See the contractor confidentiality notice. This website is hosted by Wix. Wix processes technical information to deliver the pages, protect the service and provide account sign-in. Contractor account sessions use essential authentication cookies. Session storage retains your selected service areas while you prepare an enquiry. No advertising scripts have been added to this design.

Questions about your information

Contractor records, supporting documents and review history are held in restricted Wix storage. Completed PQQs and insurance evidence are sent to Daryl@conceptgl.co.uk for review. Access is limited to the submitting account and authorised Concept administrators. Contact Concept to request access, correction or deletion of your information; retention may also be required for contractual, safety or legal records.
