I will STOP WORK if conditions differ, controls are missing, or PPE/RPE is unavailable or defective.
I will STOP WORK and notify supervision if I encounter suspected asbestos, unknown or damaged materials, contaminated waste, sharps or unidentified hazards.
I will report accidents, near misses, exposure events, defects and relevant health symptoms promptly.
I understand that bypassing controls, concealing issues or working outside my competence may result in removal from site and termination of engagement.
